Season 2 – Episode 1

Project Hell Cow is back for another season!

In this episode, we picked up a new preamp -the Nady PRA-8, as well as a few mics (SM57 x4, e609…), and try to set up the microphones for recording drums… We don’t get too far…

Episode 8 – Watch how the intro came about in this episode of Project Hell Cow!

In this episode, we practice our original “Deadly Waste” with our new guitarist Dan! Keep in mind that it’s just practice and not yet a final product. Turn down the volume a bit because the video clips a little. We recorded it with the camera and were going to overdub it with the computer recorded version, but we forgot to uhh… hit.. a … record…. Anyway, after the practice we jammed out Rose of Sharyn by Killswitch Engage! Check it out!

Hell Cow Jammin’ out some original tunes and improv, and then goes on to mess around with Toxicity by System of a Down!!!

With anything new, there are always going to be problems. While trying to record “Agony” everything seems to be going wrong. Little by little we shall tackle these problems into submission.

Not liking the sound of our bass drum, we switched the resonant head of the bass drum. Hear the difference?
